We are game players too. We get it! Your data is yours and you’re giving us permission to use it to make a better game for you and others. We treat your information with respect.
Our job is to help everyone to have fun, while running games. To be good humans, and legally sound, we also need to inform you of your rights and responsibilities, resolve issues, and a lot more. We try hard to interact personally and do the right thing.

Our servers and legal offices are in Canada. We follow Canadian Law, and respect General Data Protection Regulation and similar legislation. This information may be transmitted across geographies, both automatically via servers and via staff and related parties sharing information, while doing our work.

SHG Studios is committed to the security of your personal data and player account. We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
This section includes encryption, access controls, hashing, firewalls, and third-party assessments. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee 100% security. Please contact us with any concerns.
We store the minimum data needed. This includes hashed/encrypted data, player IDs, IPs, device types, geographies, payment data, and emails (with opt-in). We do not store names, full device IDs, addresses, or passwords unless necessary for specific support tickets.
You may update your personal data through the in-game settings. If you need help, use the in-game ticket system.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary. For deletion, contact us via an in-game ticket or email. Deletion typically occurs within 5 business days. We do not store credit card data.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Please note a 1-week “cool down” period is in place to allow for regret. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share information under legal obligations or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality.
We only send marketing communications if you explicitly opt-in. Each channel requires specific consent. Players who opt-in may receive rewards or gifts as appreciation.
We use cookies and pixels minimally and only with your permission. You may control preferences via browser settings or instructions on our website.
Some of our games are for ages 13+. We restrict access for younger players. Games suitable for all ages use self-verifying age gates and provide separate chat systems based on age group.
